The entire team was helpful and knowledgeable, and spent lots of time carefully answering all of our detailed questions so that we could make the best decision for our family. The manager, John, and Yuri and Andrew on his team were incredibly helpful, honest and caring. They truly wanted to get me the best deal possible, were patient and answering all my questions over three different visits, without ever pressuring me in anyway. When I made my purchase, Andrew walked me expertly through all of the buttons and details, and how to use the car, so I drove away feeling confident in my drive. Honestly, just a good bunch of guys who deal with you honestly as a human being. I visited a number of dealerships over the course of a month, and the stood out in all the right ways!

Worked with my dales rep Andrew via text to start the ball rolling then met up with him a couple of days later to seal the deal. I was curious about the EV6, so I rented one from Hertz for a road trip. If you get a chance to do that instead of a conventional test drive, I highly recommend it. You learn so much more about a car when you spend a few days with it. My friend and I both fell in love with the EV6. I then spent more hours than I want to admit reading up on it and watching YouTube reviews, and decided on the trim I wanted: a GT-Line AWD in Pearl White with the vegan suede interior. I checked the inventory on the Kia website and saw that Serramonte Kia had that exact model on the lot. So I called and asked to talk with a salesperson who is an EV6 enthusiast like me. Wow, did they deliver. The nice receptionist connected me with Zell Allen, who drives an EV6 himself and is very familiar with the car. I don't think there is a question I could ask that he couldn't answer. I was also interested in leasing. Zell leases his car and was able to advise me from first hand experience. So now I have a new EV6 of my own. It is by far the best car I have ever had! If you are interested in an EV6, or any Kia, you will do well to talk with Zell.

The sales team very easy to work with, no pressure, excellent answers to questions about the car that I thought I wanted. After decision to buy was made, the finance issues were easily completed. The car was nicely detailed and prepared. Especially appreciated was the step by step training of the electronic functions, since I had never had a vehicle with such updated electronics. I drove off feeling confident, and was offered to call or come by with any future questions I might have. By far the easiest decision and process, thanks to John and " Shahi". I will recommend Serramonte KIA to anyone I know is in the market fir a new car.
